As Oy Espoon Luhtakuusio was designed by architect Janne Jylkäs. The site blends stylishly with its lush surroundings, and was artfully designed to respect the special features of the plots. To the west, the shape of the detached buildings highlights the slope, and in the flatter eastern plot, the various fish-tail style roofs add a touch of character to the semi-detached homes. The wooden houses are a dark, modern colour with lighter effects that add character.
The entire site down to the tiniest details was designed with a smooth and easy everyday life in mind. The detached houses have spacious utility rooms with direct outdoor access, and the entrance hall makes everyday living easier, especially if you have children or pets. Spacious storage room and parking spaces are located close to the entrances. The detached houses in particular are spacious enough for even large families or perhaps teleworking or hobbies.
