A housing company comprising eleven sets of high-quality semi-detached houses and one detached house is under construction close to the sea and services at the address Länsiviitta 1–3 in the Saunalahti area of Espoo. The homes, which represent a modern style of architecture, are heated with an exhaust air heat pump, which uses a minimal amount of purchased energy. Each home has its own pump, which recovers the heat energy in the exhaust air and uses it to heat the floor and service water.

The buildings will be architectonically impressive, and a vibrant and single-family home feel has been achieved by arranging the homes in steps. The housing company will consist of 21 three and four-room homes, each of which will have its own yard, terrace, and two storage areas; an outdoor storage area adjacent to the entrance and a locker storage area in the housing company’s shared spaces. Liitäjä is a housing company comprising 15 modern two-storey detached homes in the Ala-Malmi area of Helsinki. The homes are 78 and 88.5 square metres and have 3 or 3-4 rooms in addition to a kitchen. In all of the homes the living area, kitchen and sauna are downstairs, and the bedrooms are upstairs. Also upstairs, the French balconies and second bathroom increase living comfort.

The wooden detached houses form a rhythmic line along Pilvenpyörteentie road, connected by carports coloured by property. Each property also has an outdoor storage area coloured by property to divide the yards into sheltered atrium-style parcels of land.

Asunto Oy Oulun Lippuvartija comprises eight single-storey detached houses, each with a low emissions rating and the Kastelli GREEN structure, which contributes to good indoor air quality. The wooden homes to be built in the Soittajankangas area of Oulu are three and four-room homes separated from one another by the property’s own carport.

The homes are located at the end of the quiet Lipunkantajantie road, bordering on a park and away from heavy through-traffic. There is easy access from the yard to the cycle path and walking paths.

The buildings’ structures are made from breathable wood fibre, making them genuine and eco-friendly Kastelli Green wooden houses, where moisture in the indoor air stays at a pleasant level all year round.

All of the homes have a bathroom or toilet both upstairs and downstairs, their own yard, and a storage area adjoined to the entrance. Some of the homes also have a sauna. These urban townhouse homes feel simultaneously continental yet natural.

The housing company consists of 16 two-storey homes with three, four or five rooms plus a kitchen. The homes range in size from 74–114.5 m2. Every square metre is carefully utilized in these homes. Every home also has its own yard and its own sauna.

These colourful and characterful wooden homes border onto a park in the Konala area of Helsinki. The buildings form a pleasant courtyard street to highlight the feel of an urban residential area with single-family homes.

As Oy Vaaralan Helmi

Eight sets of attractive semi-detached houses that feel like detached houses were built in Vaarala, Vantaa. The housing company comprises 16 Easyin homes ranging from 44–63.5 m2. The homes have two to four rooms and a kitchen, with floor plans that make the homes feel larger than they are. Natural light floods in through the large windows in the living room, which opens out onto a covered terrace the full width of the home and out onto the yard area. All of the homes have their own sauna.

There is room on the plot for parking spaces. One corner of the Vaaralan Helmi yard was left in its natural state to act as a play area for children.

A total of 46 Easyin homes were completed in a verdant residential area dominated by single-family homes in Ilola, Vantaa. The housing company’s terraced houses and deck-access properties offer homes of many sizes from single-room homes to homes with five rooms plus a kitchen, ranging from 30.5-92 m2 in size. All of the homes have a large balcony or terrace, no matter the size of the home. The housing company’s two-storey homes have a ceiling height of up to 5.5 metres.

The buildings border a pleasant courtyard between the houses, with berry bushes and play areas. The housing company’s yard also has room for parking spaces.
