As Oy Espoon Kevätpiippo is a set of eight detached homes that will be built in the quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Kavallinmäki. The location is excellent, as Kauniainen’s and Sello’s comprehensive services are close by, and public transport and your own car will easily take you further. Kevätpiippo’s homes are single or two-storey detached homes heated with a low-emission and affordable heat pump. The two-storey homes have four bedrooms, and the single-storey homes have two or three bedrooms. The homes are all a nice size, varying from 76–113 m2.
Kevätpiippo’s homes have everything you could want, and more. The living space extends out to a large terrace and a large, lush, south- or west-facing back garden. Each home has two parking spaces, one of which is a carport and the other is an uncovered space.
