In my view, the use of space in this development has been exceptionally well designed. The most striking feature in each home is the spacious, open-plan main living area, where the kitchen, dining area and living room form a seamless whole and open onto partly covered terraces.

The proportions of the spaces in relation to one another have also been carefully considered to ensure optimal functionality. Square metres are generously allocated exactly where space and openness are most needed. From the kitchen and living areas, as well as the airy entrance hall, there is easy access to all other rooms in the home, with no space wasted on unnecessary corridors. As a result, the floor plans are highly practical and pleasant to live in.
